Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and had a decent size, the service left much to be desired, especially during the booking process. The location is quite good, as it's close to the lake and train station, which was convenient for us. However, the overall management of reservations was questionable, and I felt misled at times.
My experience at this hotel was a rollercoaster ride. There were some bright spots, like the genuine help I received from the reception staff, Anna and Mia. However, the mismanagement of my bookings left a sour note, as I was left scrambling for a place to stay. It's a place that has potential, but the questionable practices and maintenance issues can’t be ignored.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The customer service was outstanding, with staff like Mr. Chin and Ms. Thurong always ready to help. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore local attractions. The accommodations were simple yet clean, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. However, a few minor areas could be improved, like having a wider variety of breakfast options.
My experience at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great. While the staff were incredibly helpful and extended my stay because of how comfortable the bed was, I did encounter some issues, especially with the room setup and the breakfast offerings. The location was excellent for exploring Hanoi, yet the dining experience left a lot to be desired as nothing stood out.
I had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions. However, the dining area could use a bit of improvement in terms of options. Overall, it was a great stay, especially considering the value for money.
