Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel, Hanoi

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and had a decent size, the service left much to be desired, especially during the booking process. The location is quite good, as it's close to the lake and train station, which was convenient for us. However, the overall management of reservations was questionable, and I felt misled at times.

My experience at this hotel was a rollercoaster ride. There were some bright spots, like the genuine help I received from the reception staff, Anna and Mia. However, the mismanagement of my bookings left a sour note, as I was left scrambling for a place to stay. It's a place that has potential, but the questionable practices and maintenance issues can’t be ignored.

The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore local attractions. The accommodations were simple yet clean, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. However, a few minor areas could be improved, like having a wider variety of breakfast options.
